1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Video Study Hub, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or portal.
2. License and platform terms
If you use the iOS version distributed through the App Store, your use is also subject to the applicable Apple platform terms, including the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.
3. Permitted use
- Use the app for lawful personal or educational workflows.
- Do not attempt to interfere with service operation, authentication, or sync infrastructure.
- Do not misuse shared bookmark features for abusive, unlawful, or harmful content.
4. User content and responsibility
Users are responsible for the bookmarks, notes, playlist names, and other content they create or share through the app. Users are also responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party web video services they choose to access through the app.
5. Availability
Features may change over time, including sync, sharing, import/export, and playlist tools. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
6. Third-party services
The app may rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including user-selected web video services and Supabase. Their availability and policies are outside the direct control of this project.
7. Termination
Access to cloud or shared features may be limited or terminated if the service is misused, if technical operation requires it, or if the project is discontinued.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and portal are provided without warranties of any kind, and the project owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
